Key objectives within the training include learning to:  -Recognize the core practices of inclusion for building and sustaining a healthy workplace culture  -Identify behaviors that signal a breakdown in achieving an inclusive culture-Recognize key elements for putting best practices for a healthy workplace culture into action  -Identify techniques to embrace an intersectional approach to building community in the workplace -Empower managers and teams to build psychological safety
