Lexmark Behaviors are actions that continuously improve our customer’s experiences with Lexmark, and to better align Lexmark to marketplace opportunities. They are behavioral manifestations of our organization’s values.  Operationalization means to make a concept measurable in the form of specific observations that are directly related to the work/task/mission at hand.
